If the crusher is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly greater than the power of the crusher, and the pulley grooves of the two should be consistent. The outer end surface of the pulley should be on the same plane.

2. Before starting the metal crusher machine, you must check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the metal crusher unit are tight, whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is good. Whether the motor shaft and crusher shaft are parallel.

3. Check whether the hammer piece is good, whether the aperture of the screen piece is suitable, and whether there is damage. Pull the belt by hand to check whether the main shaft rotates flexibly, and whether there is jamming, bumping and friction.

4. After starting the machine, let the equipment idle for 2 to 3 minutes, and check whether the rotor turns correctly and the sound is normal. It can only work after rotating smoothly at the rated speed.

5. Pay attention to the operation of the metal crusher machine at any time during work, and feed uniformly to prevent clogging of the car and do not work for a long time. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature of bearings and machine body, or outward spraying, etc. are found, they should immediately stop to check and eliminate the fault before continuing to work.

6. The crushed materials should be carefully checked, and no foreign objects such as stones and metals should be mixed to avoid damage to the machine.

7. When the metal crusher machine is running, the operator shall not leave the unit, nor disassemble the machine during operation to observe the working conditions in the crushing room, and the maintenance tools shall not be placed on the machine or the filler.

8. The operator should not wear gloves. When clogging occurs, it is strictly forbidden to reach into the stuffing hopper. When feeding, it should stand on the side of the crusher to prevent the rebound debris from hurting the face.

9. Don't stop the machine immediately after the work is finished, it should be idling for 2-3 minutes to allow the materials in the machine to be completely discharged. After shutdown, cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out.

10. The hammers of metal crusher machine are the main wearing parts. After wear, the whole group of hammers should be replaced at the same time whether the angle is changed in the same direction or the head is changed. When replacing a new hammer, the whole set of hammers should be replaced at the same time. It is not possible to exchange a new hammer for a new one with a single hammer. The sieve is also a wearing part. If some of the sieve is damaged, it can be riveted. If it is severely damaged, a new sieve needs to be replaced.
