1 Feeding metal conveyor
This metal chain conveyor used for Transporting the large quantity of all kinds of scrap metal to the next process.This equipment is equipped with frequency conversion function, When the crusher is over-loading, it can adjust the speed according the feeding speed.
2 Pre-pressor and scrap metal shredder machine
This process is the most important part of the whole production line,We usually call it a crusher or a metal shredder machine.
This stage consists of two parts,The first part is called pre-crusher and the second part is called a metal crusher.
This machine will turn scrap metal into small particles of scrap metal. In the process of scrap metal crushing, Waste metal paint will be effectively removed. At the same time, the material particles can be selected between 3cm and 18cm(According to the different screens, to determine the size of the discharge particle size).
3 Vibrating feeder.
The vibrating feeder which in the production line will transport the broken metal into a magnetic drum uniform .
4 Magnetic separator/drum
Used to separate the impurity material which content in the material. We usually use 3000 ~ 5000 guss depend on different customers' requirements.
5 Belt conveyor
This conveyor belt will be used to transport the scrap metals, The height and width of this conveyor can be designed according to the requirements of customers.
