Description
The AC radiator recycling machine is used to recycle the radiator which include copper and aluminum and iron from Air Conditioning,it’s can be from home using or industrial using.
After crushing the radiator,the output will be include copper and aluminum and iron,then separating the iron through magnetic .through the another separator to separate the aluminum and copper.
After our radiator recycling machine and separating system,The content of separated copper can reach purity 99.97%.
Features

7. The dust removal rate of the pulse dust removal system reaches 99%, which effectively suppresses the dust overflow, and fully complies with the national environmental protection requirements "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" GB16297-1996, no secondary pollution.

This belt conveying line is made of vulcanization annular rubber belt and the thickness of conveying belt is 8mm. 
4 Hammer mill (also called AC radiator recycling machine)
What we adpot is vertical hammer mill,this is the only one manufacturer in China who develop such machine. This machine is screen-free type machine,thus the output size can be adjusted depend on the hammer quantity and hammer shaft layer.
5 Output covneyor for mixing copper and aluminum.
6 Output conveyor for iron.
Iron absorption conveyor belt is used to absorb the iron from the crushed mixed material, which benefits the next separation of copper and aluminum.
7. Vibration/gravity separator for separating copper and aluminum.
The specific gravity sorter is based on the difference in the specific gravity and suspension speed of the material. Under the action of air flow and vibration, the inclined surface with certain motion characteristics of the material is used to separate the material through the air flow. When the materials fall into the sorting machine, they are subjected to the effect of inclined airflow, so that the materials with lighter specific gravity are automatically classified and kept in the upper layer, and the materials with heavier specific gravity are in the lower layer. The two media flow in two directions, so as to achieve the separation of copper and aluminum.
