Machine Description

Shredding process:

1 Feeding conveyor

First through the scrap mill grasp to sending the scrap metal on the conveyor,and then through the

feeding conveyor to convey the scrap waste into scrap metal shredder.
The feeding conveyor speed generally can be controlled.
And most customer running site does't need the feeding conveyor.

2 Shredder machine

After material feeding into shredder,in the chamber box there is the balde in,through the motor driving

the gearbox and coupling to keep the blade running,then reach the purpose of the shredding.

The shredder machine blade with 5 different type ,according to customer requirments to matched

different blade.

3 Output Conveyor

The scrap metal from the shredder generally around width10mm-70mm by 30-300mm.

Through this conveyor to transport the output conveyor.

4 Metal Hammer Mill(Optional)
The hammer mill used to turn the output from shredder into "ball"shape to increase the density of

scrap metal.
