1 First feeding conveyor
The feeding conveyor is the belt conveyor ,it's also can be the metal chain conveyor depend on customer requirments,The conveyor used for feeding the raw material Armature/rotor/stator to the hammer mill/Armature recycling machine .
2 Hammer mill/Armature recycling machine
For such material ,we generally suggest customer by vertical hammer mill,cause the vertical hammer mill no screen ,and the output particle controlled by the hammer quantity and the disk quantity.
The output particle generally around 10-5mm for easy separation.
3 Output conveyor
Generally by a belt output conveyor.
4 Magnetic drum
The solid waste is evenly distributed on the belt conveyor. When the waste passes through the magnetic drum, non-magnetic or weakly magnetic substances leave the belt surface under the action of centrifugal force and gravity; while the more magnetic substances are attracted to the belt by the magnetic force And the belt is brought to the lower part of the magnetic roller. When the belt leaves the magnetic roller and straightens, it will fall into the magnetic substance collection tank due to the weakening of the magnetic field strength. This equipment is mainly used before the crushing or incinerator of industrial solid waste or municipal solid waste.
5 More step and separation depend on customer ,generally the feeding conveyor,blade crusher,output conveyor ,magnetic separation,gravity separator,plastic conveyor,copper conveyor .Etc.
