safety operation
1. After starting, when the standby device reaches normal operation, it is allowed to feed the crop evenly and continuously.
2. Pay attention to the speed of motor, noisy, bearing temperature during operation.
3. When feeding the material, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, the sleeve of the clothes should be tight, and wear a mask and a work cap.
4. When feeding, pay attention to whether there are hard objects such as stones, sickles, tool screws, etc. in the grain to avoid damaging the machine and causing personal accidents.
5. The machine is not allowed to hang belts, lubricate, clean and troubleshoot when the machine rotates.
6. If the following problems are found, the engine should be turned off and stopped for treatment. ① The motor emits smoke, ② is clogged, ③ The quality of crushing is not good, ④ The bearing is overheated and exceeds 60 degrees.
