Machine description
Scrap waste shredder are mainly composed of shredder blades, spacing sleeves, spindles, knives, carrier boxes, lower racks, feed hoppers, motors, gearboxes and electronic controls,the scrap waste shredder used to shred the bulk material into "Long" pieces to reduce the volume,then easy to the smelting furnace.
Features Of Scrap Waste Shredder:
1 Blades with 42CrMo steel or SKD11 or as requested.
2 Electronic components are a combination of Siemens and Schneider
3 Microcomputer technology incorporating rotator speed variations with start, stop and reverse features
4 Automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming
5 Engineered using split bearing block technology so the blades can be changed quickly and efficiently
6 Utilizes high torque at low speed to maximize power and minimize noise.

Variety containers: plastic beverage cans, plastic barrels, drums, crates, packaging barrels,PP bottle,PE pet bottle.
2. Waste appliances: TV, washing machine, refrigerator shell, printer, keyboard, waster Microwave oven,waster computer,waster mouse,Circuit board.

4. Wood: wooden pallets, plastic pallets, forklift pallets,Used furniture.
5. Rubber:waster wire, tires tires, truck tires.
6. Scrap metal: car shell, aluminum, scrap aluminum, engine shell, Lead plate,waster steel,waster iron.
