On the day of the Middle of November 2018, a radiator recycling production line plant project is successfully installed by our company, this is the second production line from our company for radiator recycling.
For this production line, our client can feed into a 3ton per hour radiator, his radiator includes the normal home using radiator and the industrial radiator.

Due to the lack of raw material, they also chose some other type material feed into the hammer mill and pre-shredder, the raw material such as electricity meter, the cast aluminum, and some profiles. according to customer requirements, we provide different data to him for getting a good final product.
Before our client order this production line, he doesn’t believe any Chinese machine,thus he went to our first client in Taiwan who do the radiator recycling and some copper attached plastic recycling testing and proving the machine quality and the end-product purity,our Taiwan customer is enthusiastic guy to pick him up and then do all the testing for free with all material testing to get his satisfaction.
After he back to Japan,our engineer provide him a final drawing of the radiator recycling line and then we get the order finally on the beginning of Oct.
It's worth mentioning that ,this customer is a very very hard-working young guy,and with very smart brain.he import the raw material from overseas and then export the end product(the copper especially)to China ,thus he with high profit for the recycling .
Except the radiator recycling line,the other material is also suitable for such vertical densifier such as baler UBC,car scrap metal,alumunium,Etc. This is not only popular in the Japan,but also suit for any place in the word.
